The QualiVMM™ AS 400 Series is a high-precision Vision Measuring Machine (VMM) designed for non-contact measurement of parts using advanced motion control, optics, lighting, and measurement software. Equipped with XYZ three-axis CNC control, a stable marble base and pillar, and precision linear motion components, the system ensures consistent results in both production and quality control environments. A 0.5 μm high-resolution linear scale, 8.3X zoom optics, and program-controlled LED lighting provide accurate measurements across varying magnifications and surface finishes.
