This gantry-style automatic Vision Measuring Machine ensures high-accuracy dimensional inspection while maintaining efficient batch measurement. The workpiece remains stationary as the moving bridge executes programmed motion, minimizing operator influence and maximizing consistency across multiple runs.

Built on a granite base with 0.1 µm linear scale feedback, precision servomotors, and high-definition imaging, the system delivers stable measurements for both R&D and production quality control. Optional touch probe and confocal laser modules allow the platform to expand from 2D imaging into precise 3D feature and height measurements, depending on the configuration selected.
