The Basic Vision Measuring Machine (VMM) is designed to simplify routine QC inspection without unnecessary complexity. The QualiVMM™ Basic 150 Series is a manual video measuring system built for accurate 2D measurement of components, supported by a rigid granite structure that ensures dependable performance. With a precision stage, optical scale feedback, and iMeasuring software, it delivers stable and repeatable inspection results for everyday manufacturing tasks.

This series features a granite base and column that enhance structural stability, along with a low-backlash motion system that maintains return accuracy within 2 μm. A zoom lens paired with a high-resolution color camera provides sharp imaging for precise edge detection and feature evaluation. In addition, programmable LED surface and transmitted lighting improve visibility across a wide range of materials and surface finishes, making inspection more efficient and consistent.
