Clamping Force Tester - QualiCFT™ 3000

Overview

The QualiCFT™ 3000 is a specialized piece of equipment made to see what happens when your packages get squeezed by a clamp truck.

This clamping force tester runs a complete clamping test by using two big plates to put pressure on your goods, just like in a real warehouse. It's the best way to figure out if your packaging design is strong enough to handle loading and unloading without getting damaged.

Clamping plate requirements	Make the two clamping boards flat and non-deform under work condition (2000 pounds) and make clamping board parallel and clamping board and land vertical. Clamping board is thicker than 25mm.
