The QualiMag-Auto-R Automatic Magnetic Rockwell Hardness Tester follows the conventional Rockwell hardness test method, similar to benchtop hardness testers. Its testing procedure and accuracy align with ISO 6508 and ASTM E18 standards. This magnetic-type Automatic portable hardness tester uses a magnetic base to securely position itself on large steel workpieces, ensuring precise and reliable measurements with just one key operation.
Ideal for various steel test pieces such as tubes, pipe fittings, bars, and steel plates, as well as large heat treatment parts like large shafts and molds, it is also suitable for on-site hardness testing of installed pipework. It serves as an alternate portable hardness tester model to Leeb and UCI Hardness testers.
With a compact instrument design, the QualiMag-Auto-R is smaller and lighter compared to the QualiMag-D Series Digital Magnetic Hardness Tester. Activating the magnetic switch and fixing the hardness tester onto the workpiece enables automated test procedures with a single key operation, resulting in time-saving, effortless, and stable measurements.
Featuring a high-accuracy force transducer and advanced closed-loop measurement and control motor loading technology, it ensures precise and uniform test force values. The rechargeable lithium-ion battery allows for convenient dismantling and changing, making it suitable for continuous multi-shift production and multi-day on-site testing.
The OLED display provides real-time test force monitoring, while lighting above the indenter facilitates position checking and selection.
