The QualiWAST-I Wet Abrasion Scrub Tester (also known as Scrub Abrasion and Washability Tester) can assess washability and related properties that affect the stain resistance of coatings. Detergent performance testing can also be conducted in a reproducible manner.

It conforms to standards such as ASTM D2486, ASTM D3450, ASTM D4213, ASTM D4828, DIN EN 11330, EN ISO 11998, and others.
QualiWAST-I Scrub Abrasion and Washability Tester Features:
- Running speed can be adjusted to meet the requirements of different standards.
- Equipped with a five-digit counter; the machine starts automatically and stops when the set times are reached.
- Compatible with various abrasion pads to comply with different standards, such as ISO, ASTM, DIN, etc.
- Quick and easy to load and unload testing samples and replace abrasion heads.
- Can operate normally under different voltage and frequency conditions.
- Stable and uniform running speed due to the push-rod design.
- Features two brush holders for simultaneous side-by-side testing.
- Long service life with a hard and durable design.
- The entire machine body is made of anodized aluminum, ensuring stable operation and repeatable test results, even at the highest stroke speeds.
- Peristaltic pump design accurately controls the flow of scrubbing medium.
