The QualiVMP™ Adv 5000 Series is a high-precision Video Measuring Projector designed for accurate dimensional inspection across a large travel range of 500 × 400 × 200 mm. This advanced optical metrology system captures magnified live images of components, converting edges, features, and geometric elements into precise X-Y-Z measurements.

Built on a rigid granite structure, the platform ensures stable measurement performance, while the electronic feedback zoom lens and high-resolution digital camera deliver sharp, low-distortion imaging for reliable feature measurement. Programmable LED illumination provides optimal surface and contour lighting, enabling consistent edge detection on reflective, matte, or mixed-finish parts.

The system comes standard with 2.5D vision measurement and offers upgrade options for contact probing (3D) and semi-automatic Z-axis autofocus, depending on workflow needs.
