The portable, self-contained Heavy Duty Tester - QualiAnchor M2008 is designed to meet the demands of proof load testing for larger fixings, with a testing range up to 145kN (32,597 lbf). It is fully compliant with BS 8539 and AEFAC-TN05 standards. This versatile tester is ideal for applications such as high-load expanding and resin anchors, holding down bolts for stanchion base plates, base plate fixings for column lighting, anchorage for crash barriers, safety fences, stadium crush barriers, and bridge parapet anchors.

Optional Extras for Expanded Applications

With additional accessories, the Heavy Duty Tester - QualiAnchor M2008 can also handle rebar pull-out tests (with rebar adaptors), pad eye load testing, large ringbolt and eyebolt testing (with HD ringbolt clevis).
