It enables students to gain practical, real-world experience in a simulated manufacturing environment. This system builds essential technical competencies and prepares learners for the demands of today’s industrial and smart manufacturing sectors.

Flexible Manufacturing System for Education
Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS) Education Solution is an integrated training platform combining CNC machines and automated material-handling systems controlled by computer software, designed to teach core manufacturing processes and technologies.
It provides hands-on learning in automation by integrating CNC machining, robotics, and material handling. Students develop skills in programming, robot position recording, precision milling, and coordinated CNC-robot operations, with strong focus on I/O command training for practical CNC and robotics control.
The system can operate as a standalone workcell or be integrated into a Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) setup. In CIM mode, the robot manages CNC operations, part transfer, and assembly tasks. A linear slide base extends robot movement and expands workspace coverage.


Machine tending packages are flexible manufacturing cells designed for hands-on training. Each system includes a 6-axis robot, a CNC lathe, and part storage units. The robot handles CNC machine operation along with part loading, unloading, and basic assembly tasks.
This setup supports advanced training and project-based learning, making it suitable for technical education and industrial training environments.
