Programmable Touch-screen Viscometers model ViscoQT TS-DV-I and TS-DV-II with Temperature Control combine viscosity measurement and temperature control in one machine. They revolutionize the current method of viscosity measurement, which typically requires the use of a thermostatic bath, viscometer, and a separate sample adapter.
Measuring a sample's viscosity changes under different conditions is invaluable for estimating its rheological behavior. Precisely controlling the sample temperature is crucial for obtaining accurate and comparable test results. The most significant advantage of this machine is its precise sample temperature control throughout the entire test.
Its temperature control system comprises semiconductor technology and a built-in automatic optimization program. The temperature control precision can reach ±0.1℃. Operators can control the sample temperature not only through the machine but also via optional software, providing excellent flexibility in operation.
Programmable Touch-screen Rotary Viscometer with Temperature Control | ViscoQT TS-DV Series Features:
- Consists of a 7-inch wide touch screen viscometer, small amount sample adapter (SSR), cylindrical sample sleeve, SC4 rotor, and temperature controller.
- ViscoQT TS-DV-II can display shear rate and shear stress, facilitating precise measurements under specific shear rates.
- Requires only 2ml to 16ml of sample; the cylindrical structure of the SC4 rotor ensures precise viscosity measurement.
- Electrical lifting and precise location make SSR easy to assemble and disassemble, convenient for cleaning.
- SSR fits closely with the temperature controller, ensuring precise and constant sample temperature.
- With small sample amounts, the rotor's stirring action minimizes sample temperature non-uniformity, significantly reducing sample hydrothermal time.
- All other features of the Viscometer are the same as the standard Programmable Touch-screen Viscometer.
