Intelligent Touch Screen Viscometer RotoViscoQT

The Intelligent Touch-screen Viscometer RotoViscoQT is a user-friendly rotary viscometer designed for simplicity and efficiency. The principle and operation of this model can be compared to the RotothinnerTM of TQC Sheen. RotoViscoQT accurately measures sample viscosity characteristics under three different shear rates (20S-1, 44S-1, 200S-1) and can also assess viscosity changes over time under varying shearing conditions.

This device adheres to industry standards such as ISO 2884-2 "Paints and varnishes — Determination of viscosity using rotary viscometers- Part 2: Disc or ball viscometer operated at a specified speed" and BS 3900 A7.

• Includes three spindles catering to different measuring ranges:
• No.1 Disc Spindle: suitable for viscosities up to 1.5 Pa⋅s (1,500 mPa⋅s), with an average shear rate of approximately 200S-1 for Newtonian fluids.
• No.2 Large Ball Spindle: ideal for viscosities up to 6.5 Pa⋅s (6,500 mPa⋅s), with an average shear rate of approximately 44S-1 for Newtonian fluids.
• No.3 Small Ball Spindle: designed for viscosities up to 34 Pa⋅s (34,000 mPa⋅s), with an average shear rate of approximately 20S-1 for Newtonian fluids.
• Equipped with a 250 ml Standard container meeting all standard requirements: Inner diameter of 74mm and height of 74mm.
• Offers three reading modes: Manual, Holding max. value, and Timing reading.
• Features a magnetic rotor for fast installation, dismantlement, or cleaning.
