• It features a high-performance 4-axis CNC milling control system with the KY1000MC CNC Controller, with optional support for Siemens 808D or GSK980MDc controllers to suit different operational requirements.
• The KY1000MC controller supports up to five feed axes (including the C-axis) and dual analog spindle control, offering 1ms high-speed interpolation and ultra-fine control accuracy down to 0.1μm. This ensures excellent machining efficiency, high dimensional accuracy, and superior surface finish.
• Axis configuration is fully customizable, including X, Y, Z, and additional rotary axes (4th and 5th). The system supports interpolation cycles as fast as 1ms, with selectable precision levels of 1μm or 0.1μm. Maximum travel speed reaches 60m/min, with up to 24m/min at highest precision settings. A servo-driven spindle enables continuous positioning, rigid tapping, and accurate threading operations.
• Advanced control functions include multi-PLC program integration with selectable execution, macro command programming, parameter-based macro calls, metric/inch programming support, automatic tool setting, chamfering operations, and tool wear and life management.
