Desktop CNC Machine – QualiCNC™ 200 is a compact 3-axis CNC machining center engineered for high-precision milling, ideal for both bench-top and floor-standing setups. It comes equipped with a high-performance 3-axis CNC controller featuring a multilingual interface for smooth and flexible operation.

Constructed from premium cast materials, the machine ensures strong rigidity and long-term stability. It integrates high-accuracy linear guideways, precision ball screws, and a semi-automatic lubrication system to enhance motion performance and extend rail service life.

This CNC system includes a 5-tool automatic tool changer (ATC), ISO20 spindle, and a high-speed 24,000 RPM water-cooled spindle motor, delivering stable, low-noise, and efficient machining. Standard configuration features XYZ stepper motors, with an optional AC servo motor upgrade available for higher dynamic performance. Additional customization options include a flood coolant system and an industrial cabinet base with automatic alignment tooling.

The QualiCNC™ 200 is capable of machining wax, plastics, acrylics, free-cutting metals, aluminum, and steel. It is compatible with leading CAD/CAM software such as MasterCAM, UG, Fusion 360, and SolidWorks.
