Engineered for precision and stability, the QualiMill™ M4 features a compact, user-friendly design with a powerful 4-axis CNC controller. It supports multi-language interfaces and includes an MPG handwheel for accurate manual control.
Built from high-quality cast materials, this micro CNC milling machine integrates precision linear guides, ball screws, and a semi-automatic lubrication system to maintain consistent performance. The fully enclosed structure with a high-visibility interlocking guard enhances operational safety. A frequency-controlled water-cooled spindle motor reaches speeds up to 24,000 RPM, with an optional servo motor offering a range of 100–3,500 RPM.
The standard XYZ axes are driven by stepper motors, with an optional AC servo motor upgrade available for enhanced motion control. Optional add-ons include an automatic alignment instrument and a 4th axis with a harmonic reducer to extend machining capabilities.
Suitable for processing materials such as wax, plastic, acrylic, free-cutting alloys, aluminum, and steel. The machine integrates with leading CAD/CAM platforms including MasterCAM, UG, Fusion 360, and SolidWorks.
