Optional 5th Axis

Optional 4th Axis

4-axis CNC machining introduces rotary motion along the A-axis in addition to the standard X, Y, and Z linear axes. This expands machining capability, making it suitable for producing components with angled features, grooves, undercuts, and complex curved surfaces.

In contrast to indexed 4-axis operation, continuous 4-axis machining allows simultaneous cutting while the workpiece rotates around the A-axis. This results in smoother tool paths, improved surface finish, reduced setup changes, and higher machining efficiency for multi-surface parts.

Machine tool body

The machine frame is constructed from premium cast materials, delivering outstanding structural rigidity and vibration resistance for stable machining performance. It is equipped with high-precision linear guideways and ball screw transmission, ensuring smooth motion control and excellent positioning accuracy.

Efficient Cooling and Filtration

Our high-capacity circulating cooling water tank with an integrated filtration system is designed to efficiently manage heat dissipation while removing contaminants from the coolant. This helps maintain stable machining conditions, supports consistent performance, and reduces wear on critical components such as the spindle and cutting tools.

With both manual and automatic control modes, the system offers flexible operation to match different workflow requirements, ensuring reliable cooling performance across a wide range of machining applications.
