CNC Lathe – QualiLathe™ 210B is a compact precision CNC lathe powered by the KY980Tc turning control system, with optional Siemens or FANUC control options and a multilingual user interface for flexible operation.
It comes standard with an MPG handwheel for precise manual control, an automatic 4-position tool post (with optional 8-tool configuration), and a robust build using high-grade cast construction. The machine is engineered with a reinforced guideway, precision ball screw drive system, automatic lubrication, flood coolant system, and an interlocked safety enclosure for secure operation.
The X and Z axes are driven by high-performance servo motors, enabling stable and accurate machining of a wide range of materials such as wax, plastics, acrylic, free-cutting alloys, aluminum, and steel.
This CNC lathe is fully compatible with leading CAD/CAM software including MasterCAM, UG (NX), Fusion 360, and SolidWorks, ensuring seamless workflow integration for design-to-production processes.
