Drilling & Milling Center – QualiMill™ 400 is a compact, cost-effective CNC solution engineered for high-precision machining and user-friendly operation. It is equipped with a powerful 4-axis CNC control system featuring a multi-language interface for enhanced usability. A standard MPG handwheel is included to support accurate manual positioning and fine adjustments.

Constructed using premium-grade cast materials, the machine ensures excellent rigidity and long-term stability. It integrates high-precision linear guideways and ball screw systems for smooth and accurate axis movement. The XYZ axes are driven by AC servo motors, with an optional 4th axis available for extended machining capability.

This model includes flood coolant functionality and an automatic lubrication system to maintain consistent performance during extended operation. It is fitted with a BT30 spindle, with a standard high-speed option of 6,000 RPM and an upgrade option reaching up to 24,000 RPM for high-speed applications.

The QualiMill™ 400 supports efficient 8-station processing and is capable of machining copper, iron, aluminum, and stainless steel workpieces up to 500mm × 400mm. It is fully compatible with a wide range of machining operations, including drilling, tapping, milling, and engraving.

With its rigid, deformation-resistant structure, this CNC system is well-suited for demanding stainless steel applications, supporting tapping up to 8mm and drilling up to 10mm with high accuracy and consistency.
